✅ This plan is designed for patients who have been stable on their anxiety or depression medication for at least 3–6 months and require routine medication refills without frequent adjustments.

❓ How do I enroll?
✅ You can sign up online and schedule a quick intake call to confirm eligibility.

❓ Can I switch plans if my symptoms change?
✅ Yes! If you need more frequent medication adjustments or closer monitoring, we can transition you to a different plan that provides additional support.

What’s Included?
❓ What does the Stability Plan cover?
✅ The plan includes:

✔ Telehealth convenience – No in-person visits required

❓ Does this plan include controlled medications?
🚫 No, the Stability Plan does not cover controlled substances (e.g., benzodiazepines, stimulants). If you require those, a different treatment plan may be necessary.

❓ How often do I need to check in?
✅ You can choose between quarterly check-ins (every 3 months) or monthly check-ins, depending on your needs and provider recommendations.

Appointments & Medication Management
❓ Do I need to see a provider in person?
✅ No, all care is provided via telehealth for convenience. If your medication needs adjustment, a follow-up appointment may be required.

❓ What if I need an urgent refill?
✅ As long as you are actively enrolled and have completed your required check-ins, refills are processed promptly. If an urgent issue arises, we may schedule a brief follow-up.

❓ What if I need a new medication or dose adjustment?
✅ If you require a change in medication or dosage, a provider visit will be scheduled to assess your treatment plan but you can always message your provider for clarification.

Billing & Insurance
❓ How much does the Stability Plan cost?
Quarterly: $200 every 3 months 
❓ Can I use insurance for this plan?
🚫 No, this is a self-pay subscription plan designed to avoid insurance restrictions and delays. Pricing is transparent with no surprise fees. If you have out of network benefits we can submit a superbill for you
