Goals:
  1. make adhd treatment & refill requests as easy as possible
  2. prevent you from having lapses in treatment
  3. Resume treatment using readily available medicines
  4. Refine symptom control
  5. Determine the best option for ongoing treatment
  • I can provide records showing diagnosis (test results) and/or recent treatment
  • I have been treated for ADHD with at least some success within the last 5 years, or my diagnosis is so new that I have never been treated
  • I do not have any other medical or mental health conditions, or those conditions aren’t causing problems in my life right now
  • I do not have a personal history of heart issues, seizures, or bipolar spectrum
  • In the last 5 years, I have not been diagnosed/treated for or struggled with symptoms of an eating disorder, heavy substance use, or borderline personality
  • I have not needed treatment for panic attacks in the last 6 months
  • I am at least 18 years old

A 60-minute new client session

  • Thorough pre-session questionnaires to assess psychiatric history, medical history, lifestyle factors, and treatment goals
  • get to know each other and your needs
  • Medical records and recent labs reviewed as needed
  • Ordering and interpretation of basic lab work (done at Quest)
  • Review of current medications & supplements for potential interactions and risk of vitamin or mineral deficiencies
  • Prescriptions sent to the pharmacy of your choice
  • A basic supplement plan
  • 1 straightforward prior authorization
  • Clarify potential side effects
  • Make changes based on response to medication
  • Message me directly via text messaging to make it easy for you
  • Schedule up to three 15-minute phone calls on an as-needed basis
  • a letter to your school/work explaining your diagnosis and medicines, and requesting accommodations
  • A letter transferring care back to your original prescriber or a long-term plan for follow-up at my office
In my experience, clients who start with a structured care plan see more rapid improvement of symptoms. However, a-la-carte pricing is available for those who prefer it. Please schedule your free introductory phone call to discuss this option further.
