  • I am younger than 18 or over 60 years of age
  • I have tried unsuccessfully to get diagnosed with ADHD in the past
  • I have tried several ADHD medicines and never found a good fit
  • I have another medical or mental health condition and symptoms cause difficulty in everyday life
  • I have a personal history of heart issues, seizures, bipolar spectrum, eating disorder, substance misuse, borderline personality, autoimmune conditions, or recent panic attacks
  • Someone in my immediate blood family has had an early heart attack, heart rhythm problems, seizures, or bipolar disorder
  • I am under 18, and my parents tend to have different opinions about my treatment

  • up to a 120-minute new client session
  • Thorough pre-session questionnaires to assess psychiatric history, medical history, lifestyle factors, and treatment goals
  • Medical records and recent labs reviewed as needed
  • Ordering and interpretation of basic lab work (done at Quest)

  • up to Two 60-minute appointments & three 25-minute appointments
  • Review of current medications & supplements for potential interactions and risk of vitamin or mineral deficiencies
  • Prescriptions sent to the pharmacy of your choice
  • A basic supplement plan
  • 1 straightforward or complex prior authorization
  • Up to two scheduled 15-minute phone calls
  • Clarify potential side effects
  • Make changes based on response to medication
  • Message me directly via text messaging to make it easy for you
  • Schedule up to three 15-minute phone calls on an as-needed basis
  • Prioritize remaining symptoms and diagnoses
  • a letter to your schoo/work explaining your diagnosis and medicines, and requesting accommodations
  • A letter transferring care back to your original prescriber or a long-term plan for follow-up at my office
In my experience, clients who start with a structured care plan see more rapid improvement of symptoms. However, a-la-carte pricing is available for those who prefer it. Please schedule your free introductory phone call to discuss this option further.
